Sit and relax on your low-back camping chair (if we can roll a basketball under it, we’ll kindly ask you to move it behind the soundboard), and ingest this killer flank steak of an instrumental, penned by the Dawg as a love letter to the world’s greatest annual cultural event and read aloud by his Quartet in Town Park on June 24, 1989.
