“Telluride” — David Grisman Quartet

The rumors are true, and it’s all happening now.  In a sonic tribute to the 36th annual Telluride Bluegrass Festival, MHBS&S is partnering with It’s Great To Be Alive to bust open the floodgates and allow hours of goosebump-inducing, soul-enriching, joy-provoking noise to gush into the collective auditory repository.  Sit and relax on your low-back camping chair (if we can roll a basketball under it, we’ll kindly ask you to move it behind the soundboard), and ingest this killer flank steak of an instrumental, penned by the Dawg as a love letter to the world’s greatest annual cultural event and read aloud by his Quartet in Town Park on June 24, 1989.  This is only the beginning, I assure you.
